Merchandise-Artikel

Für Deine Bestellung von Merchandise-Artikeln gilt ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht. Details dazu findest Du in der Widerrufsbelehrung.

Event-Tickets

Für Event-Tickets sieht der Gesetzgeber kein Widerrufsrecht vor. Solltest Du jedoch am Event bspw. aus Krankheitsgründen nicht teilnehmen können, kontaktiere uns bitte. Wir prüfen in diesem Fall mit Dir ein anteilige oder vollständige Erstattung.

Merchandise items

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to your order of merchandise items. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.

Event tickets

The law does not provide for a right of withdrawal for event tickets. However, if you are unable to attend the event, e.g. due to illness, please contact us. In this case, we will check with you whether a partial or full refund is possible.

Sollte ein an Dich übergebener Artikel fehlerhaft sein, kannst Du diesen selbstverständlich zurückgeben. Wahlweise erstatten wir Dir den Kaufpreis oder liefern einen neuen Artikel.

Ebenso prüfen wir mit Dir gern eine Rückgabe und Erstattung, wenn Du mit der Beschaffenheit oder Qualität unzufrieden bist.

If an item delivered to you is faulty, you can of course return it. We will either refund the purchase price or deliver a new item.

We will also be happy to discuss returns and refunds with you if you are dissatisfied with the condition or quality of an item.

Vor dem Event-Termin (17. bis 19.07.2026) bieten wir ausschließlich die kostenfreie Abholung und Übergabe auf dem Event an.

Solltest Du am Event nicht teilnehmen können, kontaktiere uns bitte und wir senden Dir die Merchandise Artikel gegen Zahlung einer geringen Versandgebühr auf dem Postweg zu.

Before the event date (17 to 19 July 2026), we only offer free collection and delivery at the event.

If you are unable to attend the event, please contact us and we will send you the merchandise items by post for a small shipping fee.
